Moe and Paige Becnel are founders of Blending A Family Ministry. They were married in 1989, blending a family of 5 children. The Becnel's are natives of Metairie, LA and have lived in Baton Rouge, LA since 1994. Moe and Paige are the Single’s Pastors at Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, LA, leading the TGIS (Thank God I’m Single) Ministry since 1996, and the Reach for Recovery (divorce recovery) Ministry since 2001. They founded Blending A Family Ministry in 2002 to be a Christian based resource to the remarried family.

The Becnels authored 2 books, "God Breathes on Blended Families - A Testimony of the Becnel Family" and "God Breathes on Blended Families Workbook." The Book is the story of the Becnel family's trials, failures, wisdom from God, and eventual success in blending our family. It is very insightful as to what many blended families go through, including the roles, responsibilities, and boundaries of stepparents.
The Workbook helps other families apply the blending principles (in our Book) to their family situation.

The Book & Workbook are designed to teach a 9 week workshop for engaged and married couples, and singles planning to remarry someday.
